EARMA General Assembly 2023 update

EARMA General Assembly 2023 update

We are looking forward to welcoming you to the GA on April 24, 2023, at 16:00-18:00 CEST.

We would like to inform you that the annual EARMA General Assembly will be held at the Panorama Hall of the Prague Congress Centre.

Address: Prague Congress Centre, 5. kvetna 1640/65, 140 21 Prague 4, Czech Republic

The upcoming General Assembly will be conducted in two stages, commencing on April 24, 2023. This is due to an unexpected delay with the audit report. In the first stage, several important issues will be voted upon, such as the Annual Report, plans for the coming year, the incoming Chair, Board members, internal auditor, and Articles of the Association. Furthermore, the Treasurer will give a brief on the current situation. Members will have the opportunity to review the Treasurer's report and related financial documents and have any questions clarified via email throughout May 2023.

In June 2023, the second General Assembly Vote will be held electronically. Members will be requested to ratify the Treasurers' report, membership fees, and Auditors' reports. This process will enable members to participate in informed decision-making while ensuring that all issues are thoroughly addressed and agreed upon.

In preparation for the meeting, we wanted to inform you that the link to the voting form will be sent via email to your institution’s bundle administrator by April 19, 2023. If you cannot find your voting link, please ensure that you check your spam or junk mail. If you have not received the voting link by this date, please contact us via email to earma@earma.org.

Voting will open from April 19, 2023, and will be closed during the General Assembly.

All documents related to the General Assembly are available for members to review on the EARMA website, and will not be distributed physically at the conference so please bring your own copy. To access the GA documents please login to your EARMA account and select “Special Interest Groups” > “EARMA Board” > “EARMA Member´s General Assembly” > “Resource Share”. You can also click here for direct access to the group.

We would encourage you to view the agenda first in the resource share. All links to the relevant documents that you will be voting on are contained there and will be available in the coming week.

We look forward to seeing you at the General Assembly and thank you for your participation.
