RM Roadmap Workshop: Research Management and its Roadmap Towards Professionalisation

RM Roadmap is an EU-funded project, bringing together a pan-European community of Research Management (RM) excellence, to define a roadmap for the RM profession. The project will create a roadmap for the future of research management in Europe and a community to support its delivery. The RM Roadmap project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon Europe programme under grant agreement number 101058475.

The RM Roadmap project invites the research management community to a key online workshop: “Research Management and its Roadmap Towards Professionalisation”. This interactive session aims to present the latest developments in the creation of a comprehensive Roadmap or strategy for improving the RM system in Europe and to engage stakeholders in meaningful discussions on how to strengthen it.

The Roadmap, currently developed by the project, is expected to play a significant role in shaping research policies and advancing the professionalization of RM. By attending, you will have the opportunity to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the Roadmap and share your views and comments on the suggested approach, before it is finalized.   

The event will open with remarks by Michael Papadopoulos (The Cyprus Institute), followed by contributions from EARMA’s Janina Bau and Nik Claesen, as well as RM Roadmap ambassadors testimonials. The final segment will include a live Q&A to gather input from attendees.
