EARMA General Assembly 2022

Dear EARMA member,

We are letting you know that the European Association of Research Managers and Administrators’ (EARMA) Annual General Assembly (AGA) is quickly approaching. To ensure maximum participation, we will conduct voting electronically again this year.

According to the statutes article 11.1.1, the Board announces the AGA 2022. This announcement includes calls for:

  1. The Treasurer of the Association,
  2. Two ordinary Board members (and up to two substitutes),
  3. One Internal Auditor,
  4. Proposals for the General Assembly.

The AGA will take place at the EARMA Conference venue in Hall A at the Oslo Congress Centre, Youngs Gate 21, 0181 Oslo, Norway. You can view the agenda here.

According to the statutes, AGA documents shall be available with at least 14 days’ notice. That means that the deadline for proposals shall be received by the Secretary of the Board no later than 18:00 CEST April 10, 2022, to be published on the website no later than April 20, 2022.

All communications, suggestions and applications shall be sent to the Board via by the deadline date indicated above.

We would encourage you to get involved as fully as possible in these important decisions regarding your Association.

The results will be announced at the AGA May 4, 2022, in Oslo. We appreciate that attendance will be more convenient for those taking part in the EARMA Conference but would urge all members to vote electronically in advance.

You will receive follow up mails regarding the next steps in the process and we will supply you with all the necessary documentation in the coming weeks.
