The Mentorship Scheme pilot programme is coming to an end. In January, mentors and mentees are having a final group meeting, and throughout February the last one-on-one meetings will take place. Everyone will receive a certification of participation in this successful programme. But while the pilot programme ends, the EARMA Mentorship Scheme 2025 begins! The in-person kick-off event on February 5, 2025, will provide participants with an opportunity to learn about the structure and expectations of the scheme, get acquainted with essential documents and processes, and receive guidance on professional mentoring for both mentors and mentees.
A flagship initiative, Happy Talks, offers quarterly online sessions featuring short presentations and interactive discussions. Each session aims to provide a supportive space for reflection and community building. Through this initiative, the ECDI group is driving lasting change toward a more equitable, diverse, and resilient RMA profession. Don't miss the opportunity to apply for the Annual Recognition Awards for 2024/25! Nominations are open for the Lifetime Achievement Award (LAA), Outstanding Contribution Award (OCA), and Voluntary Service Recognition Awards (VSR). These prestigious awards honour remarkable contributions to the European and global RMA community. EARMA members are eligible to apply for a €500 grant to assist with travel expenses related to professional development visits or participation in conferences/events organised by RMA bodies recognised by INORMS and EARMA. Examples include ARMA-UK, SARIMA, and NCURA. Applicants must be EARMA members in good standing, and the proposed activity should contribute to their professional development.
