On March 27, 2025, the EARMA BESTPRAC Thematic Group held a highly engaging online session, bringing together more than 135 research managers across Europe. The session began with a warm welcome from the Thematic Group's chair Núria Parera, who presented the newly formed core group. A highlight of the event was the insightful talk by Ivana Vuka, Senior Innovation Manager at RISE, on Innovation Management, which sparked a dynamic discussion. Additionally, they gathered input on the topics of interest for the upcoming face-to-face meeting, that will be held in Barcelona on October 28-29, 2025. This event set a strong foundation for future discussions and collaborations within the BESTPRAC community! More
EARMA BESTPRAC is a network that gathers research support staff at universities and research-driven institutions who carry out different tasks to support transnational external competition-based (in particular EU-funded) research projects. The network serves as a platform for exchanging experiences, sharing and developing best practices, encouraging knowledge sharing and knowledge transfer, and increasing efficiency in these fields. That is why the active participation of its members is expected and valued in the BESTPRAC community. More
