What is better than starting our new week with calming and relaxed Yoga exercises to help replenish our body, mind, and soul? 

Join us online for this Yoga session, specially designed for "everyBODY" and everyone. 

 

Is this session right for me?

If you are looking for a way to nurture your body and soul, this is definitely the class for you! No experience is needed to join. We want you to be comfortable and relaxed, so it will be up to you whether you prefer to keep the camera on or off. We recommend to wear something comfortable. The location will be up to you, either you would like to join from your office with your team or alone at home from your workingspace. The exercises will be easy and primarily performed from a sitting position. This comfortable yoga session will be beneficial for all of us who are used to sit in front of our computers.

Johanna Roodt
Johanna is the Head of Events & Member Engagement at the European Association of Research Managers & Administrators (EARMA). She is leading a team of 5 officers and interns that are responsible for engaging with all association members, thematic group community members and event participants at individual level. Johanna is also an international yoga teacher active since 2013. She began her yoga journey as a very active, adventurous child that needed moments of relaxation and loved it ever since! As head of Events & Member Engagement at EARMA, she understands that reasearch management and administration can be very stressful environments. She therefore loves bringing yoga, breathing, mindfulness and relaxation techniques to the workplace in a fun and easily understandable way!
