Title: Explore with new Thematic group on Equality, Culture, Diversity & Inclusion (ECDI)

In today’s rapidly evolving research landscape, the need for fostering Equality, Culture, Diversity and Inclusion (ECDI) within academia has never been more pronounced. For this reason, this new Thematic Group is the initiative aimed at promoting a more inclusive and diverse research management and administration community within EARMA.

The upcoming event on the 5 March 2024 will showcase a range of topics falling under the umbrella term of ECDI, for example mental health, diversity in leadership, intercultural communication, understanding and handling large and varied research partnerships, but also issues connected with the debate on the Global North versus Global South, neuro and physical diversity, internationalization of our values on diversity, among the main ones. Many more topics can be suggested by you and included into this range so to become the common ground for all of us to engage ourselves with in this thematic group.

We invite you to join us to this exciting event and explore with us the challenges and opportunities within equality, culture, diversity & inclusion themes.
