About the Event

Join us for the annual EARMAimpact Thematic Group meeting designed for research impact professionals and impact-curious Research Managers and Administrators across Europe. Our two-day gathering will focus on evolving craft of research impact – from digital tools to human networks. This year’s meeting invites participants to explore how we plan, assess and support research impact, not only through technologies, but through dialogue and shared professional identity.

Across a blend of keynotes, panel sessions, interactive formats, and informal exchanges, we will address timely questions in our field:
  • - New Tools for New Tasks: What technologies are enabling better impact planning and assessment?
  • - Working Groups Progress: Where does the EARMAimpact community stand, and what’s next?
  • - From Task to Profession: How has the role of the impact practitioner evolved—and what does the future demand of us?
  • - Impact Clinic: Can we build a peer mentoring network across institutions?
  • - People First: As always, the most valuable insights emerge through conversation — over coffee, lunch, and dinner.
