BESTPRAC meetings continue to be an open and inclusive space for sharing best practices among the RMAs, also aiming at providing guidance to the most relevant topics identified by our community. We are preparing a combination of plenary sessions and parallel sessions, whereas one parallel session will be dedicated exclusively to financial topics, while the other will cover non-financial topics in grant writing and project management.
Participants do not have to be EARMA members in order to participate.

Practical information
Participation is free of charge. If you register and would like to cancel your participation you may do so till 13 March 2023 for free by dropping us a line at earma@earma.org. If the participant cancels after the cancellation deadline OR no-shows to the event, the participant is at risk of being blocked from registering for and attending future similar opportunities.
Participants are in charge of organising and paying for their own costs of travel and accommodation in Cyprus.
Accommodation
Sun Hall Hotel has a perfect balance of hospitality and service with its beautiful overview of the sea. The beachfront hotel is a stylish and modern choice to experience Cyprus and the meeting.
The BESTPRAC organisers negotiated a fixed rate for the meeting participants:
- Single room on Bed & Breakfast €95.00 per room per day
- Double room on Bed & Breakfast €104.00 per room per day
Rates are per room, per night, including breakfast as well as all taxes and VAT.

Travel
The easiest way to get to the meeting hotel is to arrive by plane at the Larnaca International Airport. From the airport to the Sun Hall Hotel is possible to travel by taxi and bus.
A taxi ride is around 15 minutes long and costs 15-30 euros, and the bus drive (line 425) is around 30 minutes long to the bus station, which is a couple of minutes away from the hotel and a ticket costs two euros.
Meeting language
The working language of the meeting will be English. No interpretation will be provided.
Social Programme
On the first day of the event, March 28, the local organisers reserved a Militzis Restaurant for the participants of the meeting. It is one the best and the longest family-run restaurants on the island for local cuisine. They only serve fresh food made from the best seasonal locally sourced ingredients from local producers.
All of the participants have the option to join and enjoy the food and company of other participants. The special rate for dinner is 22 euros including one drink and water throughout the evening. Participants will have an opportunity to take pleasure in the menu that includes village salad, yogurt, lamb – kleftiko, tavas, grilled, pilav and souvla, with alternatives for people with dietary requirements.
