Abstract
The EARMA Leadership Event has been a recurrent activity as part of the Annual Conferences since 2014. Learnings has shown the need for continuing the network for participants and put new emphasis on the practical and theoretical outcome of an EARMA Leadership program. This session will an opportunity to meet with alumni and newcomers in the Leadership Program, to shape and develop the offers for Leaders and aspiring leaders in EARMA.
