Watch the 3rd RM Roadmap Ambassador meeting public session

The 3rd RM Roadmap Ambassador Meeting took place on November 12 - 13, 2024, online as part of the EU-funded RM Roadmap project.

The meeting started with a presentation of the RM Competence Framework by Mary-Kate O'Regan, the coordinator of the CARDEA Project, and was followed by a session showcasing the results of the RM Roadmap Project, including outcomes from the co-creation sessions, mapping exercise feeding into a catalogue mapping training, networking, and mobility opportunities available to research managers in Europe; and the RM Roadmap Survey presented by Virág Zsár from HETFA, Cristina Oliveira from Universidad NOVA de Lisboa, as well as Nik Claesen and Janina Bau from EARMA. The first day of the RM Roadmap Ambassador Meeting was open to the public, with about 111 attendees.

The second day of the 3rd RM Roadmap Ambassador Meeting evolved around discussions on the upcoming co-creation session to commence on November 14 until December 19, 2024, on the topic of the Career Development Framework on the Knowledge and Community Platform. Furthermore, the value proposition of the RM Roadmap Project was discussed. About 70 RM Roadmap Ambassadors attended the second day of the Ambassador Meeting.
