A New Term for the EARMA Board

A New Term for the EARMA Board

Every new Board term is both a moment of continuity and a chance for renewal. For EARMA, it is an opportunity to celebrate the colleagues who continue to guide the association, to thank those who have completed their service, and to welcome new voices who will help shape the future.

At the heart of this transition stands Dipti Pandya, who has been re-elected as Chair of the Board for a second term. Her leadership, energy, and vision remain central as EARMA continues to grow as the voice of research management in Europe. Dipti is joined by continuing Board members Christian Bonnici, Edwin Kanters, and Ridhdhi Rathore, ensuring stability as the association embarks on this next chapter.

The Board is also strengthened by new colleagues. Harald Hasler-Sheetal, Joana Porcel, and Ignasi Salvado-Estivill have been elected as Board members, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives. In addition, Bryony Wakefield and Eleonora Zuolo join as Board Observers, enriching the dialogue and work of the association.

EARMA warmly acknowledges the contribution of Adele Del Bello, who has completed her term as Board Observer. Her dedication and service have been essential to the community.

The new term began with a Board meeting in Brussels, where members were joined by the Chairs of EARMA’s Standing Committees and Expert Groups. Their presentations reflected the breadth of activity across the association and the vital role of volunteers in implementing EARMA’s strategy.

With renewed leadership, new perspectives, and the continued commitment of its volunteers and members, EARMA looks ahead to a new term with confidence, ambition, and gratitude.
