As a core member, you are not just part of our community; you are at the forefront of it!

Core members are expected to:

• Participate in monthly meetings to strategise, plan, and drive initiatives forward.
• Contribute actively to one of our three dynamic working groups.
• Professional Development: organise webinars and events that facilitate learning, networking, and professional growth.
• Surveys and Studies: lead and conduct surveys and studies that shed light on trends, challenges, and opportunities within our field.
• Communication: spearhead our communication efforts to ensure our community stays connected, informed, and engaged.
• Elect the Chairing Trio for the next period.

To join as a core member, you must be a current member of EARMA (European Association of Research Managers and Administrators) and be willing to engage and contribute actively.
