• Policy & Representation Committee (PRC): Ideal for those keen on global research policy and funding trends.
• Professional Development & Recognition Committee (PDRC): Perfect for advocates of research management as a recognised profession passionate about professional development.
• Finance & Governance Committee (FGC): Seeking aspiring leaders experienced in finance and auditing with an interest in developing governance and organisational budget oversight skills.
• Awards Committee (AC): Join the quest for excellence in recognising best practices and promoting accessibility through EARMA Awards.

Commitment and collaboration

Selected members will serve a term of one year, as decided by the Board. While most committee work is conducted remotely via teleconference, there may be an annual in-person meeting to align with our goals and objectives. Members will undertake meaningful tasks to ensure our collective success.

Diversity and inclusion

We value the diverse expertise within our community and encourage new perspectives. Appointments will consider a balance of expertise, gender, and geographic representation. While it is important that critical expertise gathered previously within the Standing Committees is not lost, the Board is keen to provide opportunities for other members to get involved.
