Expression of Interest

Chairing a session during the INORMS Congress programme is an opportunity open to all congress registrants who wish to take on the role of session moderators, referred to as Congress Chairs.

As a Congress Chair, you will introduce the speakers and their topics, manage audience questions, and ensure the smooth flow of the session. This is a unique chance to actively contribute to the success of the congress while fostering engaging and meaningful discussions.

If you are interested in chairing a session at the INORMS Congress 2025, we warmly invite you to fill out this survey.

The deadline is Thursday February 20, 2025, 23:59 CET, which also marks the end of the early bird registration for the congress. Please remember that to be eligible to chair a session, you need to be registered during the early bird period.

You may be asked to chair up to two sessions over the two days. Each session typically runs for one hour, consisting of either a 30-minute presentation followed by a 20-minute presentation or a set of 15-minute discussion tables.

Selecting a congress topic or day does not guarantee your chair session allocation.
