Next round deadline: November 26, 2025
Grants: 7 x €800
The Mobility Grant: EARMA Conference Attendants is a contribution available for eligible applicants to attend EARMA annual conferences.
Up to seven (7) awards of €800 are available. The award is intended to support the costs of participation in the EARMA Annual Conference, and may be used for travel, accommodation, and participation fees. Each award is provided as a single lump-sum payment. Payment will be made only once the required final report has been submitted and accepted. No detailed justification of costs is required.
Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
All submitted applications will be checked for eligibility by EARMA in line with the conditions set out in the previous section. Where applications are judged to be fully eligible, the following selection criteria will be applied:
Two of the grants are earmarked for applicants visiting or working for institutions in COST Inclusiveness Target Countries.
Mobility Grant: EARMA Conference Attendees have a dedicated application form that must be completed and submitted by the published deadline. When opening the form, applicants can view all questions in advance to help them prepare. The form is divided into three sections: applicant information, eligibility questions, and assessment criteria questions. Applicants are asked to answer the eligibility questions truthfully, and these responses will be verified by the EARMA Secretariat. Applications cannot be modified once submitted. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.
The submission process for this award will be conducted on a rolling basis until all grants have been awarded, so we recommend applying early. Please note that the application survey will close when all award recipients are decided upon.
The list of eligible applications will be shared with the Awards Expert Group (AEG), which has been mandated by the EARMA Board to review applications. The AEG will assess and rank the eligible applications in line with the published criteria and, based on this, determine the proposed awardees. However, EARMA reserves the right not to grant awards to applications regardless of ranking, following a Board decision or a recommendation from the AEG.
The EARMA Secretariat will inform all applicants of the outcome of their application within one month after the round or final deadline under which they applied. Successful applicants will then receive clear guidance on the next steps and the process that follows.
