Our upcoming EARMA Leadership events will comprise of two sessions, one in November targeting experienced leaders and one in February for those fresh in their role as leaders. On November 12, the group will consist of up to 28 key leaders from Europe and beyond with more than 4 years of experience in their leadership roles or aspiring to take up leadership roles. Share your ambitions and dilemmas with peers and bring back new perspectives and tools to your place of work. More
From February 18-20, 2025, the second EARMA Leadership events session will gather up to 28 new leaders, with either formal responsibility for RMA staff or those who are managing RMA networks or project teams. The course targets leaders with up to 4 years of experience in their leadership role. However, consideration will be given to applicants who are not currently serving in leadership posts with a desire to take the next step into a leadership role. More
