This session will go into more depth about how the RM Roadmap project is structured and will be executed by exploring work packages 1, 2 and 3 more in dept. 

The RM Roadmap project is a Horizon Europe funded CSA project. It is a pilot project underpinning ERA Action 17 (Research Management Initiative). WP1 covers among other this the definition of research management, the skills and competences, what research managers do
WP2 covers the avialible training, networking, mobility and funding option today and how that can evolve in the future
WP 3 covers the role and value of research managers to the R&I system and how we make a plan for the future of research management
