About Connect at a Distance

Connect at a Distance brings tools and techniques from the world of theatre, film and voice work to the world of business. It is almost impossible to implement new behaviours while we are focused on other tasks. To address this, our training sessions create a fun and relaxed environment where participants can step away from the demands of their working lives, to troubleshoot the challenges of communicating critical messages under pressure.

This training is delivered in a ‘rehearsal room’ setting. We close the door to our audiences so we can explore our behaviour, experiment with new communication techniques and take risks without judgement.

In the world of theatre and film the role of the ‘director’ is key to a successful performance. We need an ‘outside eye’, supporting us to understand how our behaviour translates to our audiences. This training session will skilfully and respectfully nurture and challenge participants to be their best authentic selves when communicating.
