Purpose of the Event

This AI day will bring together the EARMA community to exchange knowledge and experiences on the use of AI in research management. The morning will feature provocative perspectives and policy insights, while the afternoon will open up to community-driven sessions. Participants will hear concrete examples of how AI is integrated into daily RMA workflows and engage in discussions on the potential and challenges of AI in the context of widening participation across Europe. The event is designed as a “from the community, to the community” forum, hybrid and interactive.

Target Group

Research managers and administrators, policy officers, and others interested in the practical, strategic, and equitable use of AI in research management.

Practical Information

AI Day 2025 is designed as a truly hybrid experience, giving you the choice to join us in Brussels or online. Whether you prefer the convenience of connecting from home or the opportunity to be on site, both options allow you to fully engage in discussions, ask questions in real time, and take part in interactive exchanges. In-person participants will also benefit from networking and continuing conversations beyond the sessions, while online participants can enjoy easy access and a focused learning experience from their own space.
