Research Coordinator

Would you like to work in an inspiring environment, helping to support research and internationalisation at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU)? Our Grants Office is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Research Coordinator – someone self-motivated, knowledgeable about external funding, and keen to make a real difference for researchers across the university.

In this role, you will support SLU researchers leading collaborative applications such as Horizon Europe Pillar II, MSCA Doctoral Networks, Mistra, and other major programmes. You will provide constructive feedback on proposals, share information on upcoming opportunities, deliver training, and engage with both university leadership and external funders.

Based at one of SLU’s main campuses in Uppsala, Umeå, or Alnarp, you will join a friendly and professional team that guides and supports research funding across the university.
