Project Coordinator

This is a part-time role, 50%FTE and you will be offered a fixed term contract for 12 months, earliest start date October 01, 2024, with the possibility of extension.
About you: To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to have the following essential skills and experience:
- Research administration skills and knowledge acquired through relevant role experience.
- Experienced in supporting diary management, scheduling of meetings, logistical planning, complex travel arrangements, expenses.
- Highly proficient IT skills (including Excel and Word).
- Strong administrative, organisational and time management skills and an ability to prioritise a varied and demanding workload and tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to draft documents and correspondence autonomously to a broad range of audiences.
- Effective at working independently, and as part of a team, and able to take a proactive approach to complex problem solving.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrable experience of budget management and financial acumen.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team on research programmes.
