Abstract

Large Language Models in particular have quickly grown to be incredibly powerful tools that have the ability to fundamentally change how RMAs go about their daily business. A two-day conference was planned by the COIMBRA-Group and held at Charles University of Prague in November 2023 with the aim of exploring these possibilities. The event included a seminar on the impact of AI on education and research, as well as its ethical and responsible consequences, and it also featured a hands-on workshop providing real-world examples and demonstrations of how to use AI tools efficiently in RMA's everyday work. This program offered step-by-step assistance on utilizing ChatGPT to streamline processes, improve communication, and open up new creative possibilities under the direction of experts and experienced practitioners.
We will briefly summarize the impressions and experiences we gathered in this session before comparing them to your experiences and discussing the implications for our profession.
