Abstract

In a few years, discussions on gender and diversity have gone from a short generic paragraph in most Horizon 2020 applications to Gender Equality Plans, gender analysis, research assessment, representation, discussions of diversity in the ERA strategy and the role of human rights in international research collaborations. At the same time, the RSO has to look at itself and consider its own diversity and inclusion.

This pecha kucha is the first presentation of a comprehensive model for RSOs on how to work with diversity and internationalisation on all the different aspects described above. The model will not only show the different aspects but include suggested stet-by-step approaches to develop a strategy ready to handle the complexity of a diverse world in everything, everywhere and all at once.
