In this panel presentation, several colleagues, who have worked in/and in support of research management and administration, will share their experiences. They will each share three lessons learned in their careers and reflect on the importance of people in our profession supporting each other to succeed. The panellist represent our global profession and include people from around the world. Each panellist has built a career grounded in the importance of sharing knowledge, working collaboratively, and bringing to their work creativity, thoughtfulness, initiative, and adaptability. In sharing their experiences, they will each recommend one are of focus ‘or the finding of my precious’ for RMAs in an evolving research environment.
