Project Management Methodology implementation

PM² is the project management methodology developed by the European Commission. 

• What is a project management methodology and what does this one contain ?

• Could it be useful for you to know more about it ?

• What are the interests for ourselves and our organisations ? 

This presentation is based on the example of the implementation of the methodology in a French public engineering school (INSA Rouen Normandie).

We will share about the training and the certification of the staff involved. But also with implementation of the methodology in our research support office. And the impact on other actors (researchers, other support staff and outside stakeholders) will be described.
