Abstract

The official Success Rates quoted for Pillar II (Horizon Europe) varies between 12% and 14%. This Success Rates is based on the number of funded proposals as a percentage of ALL submitted proposals - including proposals below the Threshold.
This presentation demonstrates how to analyse Success Rates by Topic – as a percentage of proposals above the Threshold. The data used is the official data from the Tenders Portal.
The presentation demonstrates that many topics have Success Rates of over 30%, some Topics have success rates of over 50% and a number of Topics have success rates of 100%.
The presentation will analyse success rates from the different Clusters in Pillar II.
This information is important when advising researchers on the selection of Topics in Pillar II. It will also demonstrate where to find the official data and how to interpret this data and present it to researchers.
