Abstract
Seán McCarthy defines 5 levels of research support: from basic budget-checking to high level lobbying. We used the model to make an inventory of services at all 9 partners of the ENLIGHT-RISE network (European Universities Network). We identified best practices on all levels and exchanged experience in interactive workshops. This presentation will provide Support Offices with a tool to assess the level of their support and provide them with a roadmap to improve their Research Support Services.
