Abstract
Key performance indicators (KPIs) are a valuable tool in service and stakeholder management. Currently, RMA services are mainly evaluated through client surveys, and there is a lack of widely accepted understanding of KPIs. In my presentation, I will share the analysis we are conducting at our university to establish the RMA service annual activity report, with a focus on pre-grant and research project management. The purpose of this round table is to encourage participants to discuss and share their strategies in addressing the following questions: How do you determine which KPIs are most relevant for RMA services? How do you set realistic targets for KPIs?
