Conference
Format: Fifteen-Minute Discussion Tables
Topic: 4. Open Science
Abstract
Research administration as a profession (RAAAP) is evolving globally. Better understanding of the trends, diversity, breadth and differences within our profession can inform our practice.
RAAAP-1 (in 2016) had 2,691 responses from 64 countries RAAAP-2 (in 2019) elicited 4,324 responses from 74 countries, and RAAAP-3 (in 2022) had 5,076 from 66 countries.
In early 2025 the RAAAP-4 survey is expected to be just as successful, and we will present the RAAAP-4 survey, with early findings, and also longitudinal analyses revealing how the profession is changing over time.
The poster will highlight similarities and differences between regions around the world. And explain how you can access and analyses the data yourself.
Whether you are just interested in the profession or looking for evidence to help build your research management capacity, there is something in this session for you.
