Contribute existing open resources

Do you have high-quality training materials for research management topics?

We are currently collecting existing open-access resources to support the development of the EARMA Open Access Online Hub. We welcome contributions of materials such as slide decks, scripts, and other relevant resources that relate to research management training and are compatible with the evolving EARMA curriculum for the RM 1: Foundations of Research Management programme.

Submitted materials should either:

  • be openly licensed under terms compatible with CC BY-ND 4.0, or
  • be accompanied by a clear statement from the author/creator granting permission for potential reuse and publication under this license.

All submitted materials will be reviewed, selected, and aligned by the EARMA Office to support the structure and content of future online courses.
Please note that, as these materials will form part of an open access course, we are looking for voluntary contributions, no reimbursement or compensation will be provided for contributions.

To facilitate coordination, we are using a two-step deadline approach:

  • Initial submission deadline: July 18, 2025
  • Final deadline for contributions: August 20, 2025
